If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email. You may request a return or exchange of unused parts within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Personalized, customized or commissioned, built-to-order product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase.
Due to the sensitive nature of the majority of our parts, we cannot accept returns of used parts. If after using our products you are not satisfied, please reach out to us to discuss possible arrangements and we will make accomodations when possible.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods include the FedEx, UPS and the US Postal Service.
In stock parts will ship via ground from our Cornelius, NC location within 3 days of order placement and customers will individually be informed of the timeline for custom or made-to-order parts, which will ship as soon as completed.
We will contact customers on an individual basis regarding orders placed from outside of the United States regarding shipping methods and specific delivery times. Please note that customers outside of the United States shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for standard products not used or tested. Returns are not accepted for custom or built-to-order items.
No warranty is implied or inferred for any service based charges, or anything custom.
All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred either in the original purchase or upon return.
Installation of springs for mock up or traveling/smashing counts as being used.
If you are aware you may need to 'try' a spring to find the right combination, please contact us first and we can make suitable arrangements for both parties (and we likely can provide you with the information you need!)
Zeta PVT warrants all parts against manufacturing defects for a minimum of 90 days. This DOES NOT INCLUDE IMPROPER INSTALLATION, USE OR EXCEEDING SPRING LOAD CAPACITY.
Unless explicitly stated as such, all springs are intended not to to be used for coilbinding.
